Deliveries & Returns

The command

The order is validated once the payment has been accepted by OPPIDUM.

OPPIDUM reserves the right to refuse an order if the Customer already has a dispute with OPPIDUM or if OPPIDUM considers that the Customer has a risk of default. OPPIDUM reserves the right to ask its Customer for further information if it deems it necessary. Without Customer response within 5 days of OPPIDUM's request, the order and payment are cancelled.

OPPIDUM undertakes to honour orders received and validated, only within the limits of available stocks.

 

Deliveries in Metropolitan France

Any orders placed and posted from Monday to Friday (except public holidays) are shipped within 48h (in working days) following the order time.

Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped within 48h of the following Monday.

Orders placed on public holidays will be shipped within 48h from the next business day.

Only one method of delivery is offered: Colissimo, the costs and deadlines of which are indicated below:

The delivery times are the sole responsibility of the carriers and in no case OPPIDUM's liability could be incurred in the event of failure to comply with the delivery times.

 

Overseas and International Deliveries

Outside the European Union, customs or import taxes can be added to the price of our products and remain the responsibility of the Customer. It is therefore the Customer's responsibility to inquire about their amount from their local customs office.

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

Any customer may request the exchange of his article within 15 days from the date of the order. The returns of orders shipped in metropolitan France and outside France are the responsibility of the Customer.

The product for which the Customer requests an exchange must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging. The Customer must attach to his consignment the product, the order number concerned by the return, the description of the product (or products) concerned by the return, as well as a request for Exchange or purchase voucher.

We advise you to choose a mode of transport with tracking number. Without tracking number, we will not accept any claims.

In order for your return to be processed as soon as possible, we advise you to also report it by email to contact @oppidum-Francecom.

If the item is refused by OPPIDUM, it is returned to the customer at the expense of OPPIDUM without the Customer being able to demand any compensation whatsoever.

Orders made on the OPPIDUM website may not be returned or exchanged in the shops distributing the OPPIDUM products.
